Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing them in a secure shipping box.

Ship the Item

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
